Katie Cheadle

Katie is a Mental Health Clinician and High Performance Coach. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy. Prior to following her passion for mental health, Katie excelled as a student-athlete at UC Berkeley and gained experience in the corporate landscape developing, training, and coaching leadership teams. Katie’s greatest calling is to bridge the gap between mental health and high performance.

Clint Monfort

Clint is a Health and High Performance Coach trained in functional medicine, root-cause healing, and behavior change. Prior to beginning his coaching journey, Clint worked as a constitutional lawyer where he litigated dozens of high profile civil rights cases. During his years in the courtroom, Clint became acutely aware of the importance of cultivating a healthy mind and body to reaching peak performance. Clint’s mission is to help busy executives and professionals feel and perform their best in an increasingly high-paced world.
